Iodine client can't connect to server if dns server is specified as domain name

Description

If i specify domain name via it's IP in the iodine's command line, everything goes ok.

Maybe iodine client should try to resolve nameserver's name to IP using system default nameserver?

Fixed using getaddrinfo() in [954]. This is only supported by MinGW in Windows XP and newer, so turned it off for win32 to allow client to work on older versions.

Switched to using gethostbyname() in [956], should work in win32 as well.
