iodine Portability

iodine is known to work on:

• Mac OS X (with  tuntap driver)
  • ppc
  • x86
• NetBSD
  • x86
• OpenBSD
  • x86
• Windows
  • XP, 32bit

Porting has started to these platforms:

• Solaris/OpenSolaris?
• BeOS R5-BONE/Haiku

iodine is expected to run on all of the platforms supported by these operating systems. Running on other UNIX variants will need some patching.

iodine works when running across different operating systems and between architectures with different endianness.
