iodine Portability

iodine is known to work on:

• FreeBSD
  • x86
• Linux
  • ia64
  • sparc64
  • x86
  • x86_64
• Mac OS X (with  tuntap driver)
  • ppc
• NetBSD
  • x86
• OpenBSD
  • x86

iodine is expected to run on most of the platforms supported by these operating systems. Running on other UNIX variants will need some patching.

iodine works when running across different operating systems and between architectures with different endianness.
